I am in the middle of making what I consider to be major changes/adjustments in my life. The purpose of this post is to present how these changes/adjustments relate to this website: Reflections & Results.

The Website: My primary objective in developing this website is to have a place and an internet presence where I could put information regarding my interests, happenings, and related projects in my life. I see that it is a tool for helping me better manage my life. My hope is that it will be a way to engage with others who share my interests and thereby be mutually beneficial.

The Blog: I will be creating blog posts as I engage in reflection on the issues I am dealing with. I will discuss the resulting decisions and consequences of the actions I take. The plan is to have the blog be the entry point into the three major domains of my life – briefly described in the following sections.

Educational: I have a lot of education and I believe I am aware of its benefits and limitations. I have lots of ideas about how it should change. This area will also be where what I am calling educational resources will be.

Spiritual: For about the past 25 years my spiritual life as a Christ follower has been my highest priority. This area will be where what is going in that area will be presented.

Scogin: This area will house the personal projects I am working on. It will include my stories, trips, and other odds and ends from my life.

I am excited about getting more organized – managing my life better.
